I've not gone on a Cattle Boat in 10 years since Tommy's 2.5 day, so any tuna I catch has to be off my boat.  Except for a few tuna, most are less than 20 pounds for where I can get out and fish.

35# Yellowfin Back Strap Loins are thick!  Wow!  These are going to be some great steaks on the grill as well as plenty of sashimi/poke/salad/collars/and belly with some to even can at home!.  That one tuna will go a long way!
