My favorite grilled fish.  Looks like you are grilling up bat also which gets great looks from people.

I used a Korean BBQ glaze, then a cracked pepper and salt sprinkle.  Cooked until it started to bubble and just enjoyed!  I can't believe I would toss the collars all of my younger years.  With age comes wisdom I guess!  LOL
