Had some time to kill sunday afternoon, so what else am I gonna do? Packed up the bass rods and headed to the pond, got there round 2, started off on a point that the wind was blowing on and got 10 to the boat in the 1st hour on the ika b4 this one tossed it at the boat.

Wind kicked up lil more than I was liking. so I motored around and picked a few more clones off on the ika and senko. Hit a few more spots for a few more clone 2-2.5lbrs b4 the wind really started messing up anchoring and blowing me around in circles as each anchor would shift so we retreated to the dock after jus a few hrs on the water. On our way back I spot one of the bald eagles circling and dive on a fish but I couldn't get my camera out in time to get the catch but I did get him flying with it on video and grabbed a shot of him with his prey!
Pretty sweet to see another apex predator successfully catch a fish, looked to be a bluegill.
we chilled on the dock and drank a few more beers and caught some more bass b4 we got hungry and decided to bounce and follow the Eagles lead and dine on some bluegill tacos!
