« on: October 23, 2017, 03:39:56 PM »
*** Sun 10/22 ***

New Seaforth 1/2 day AM
- first time doing a sport boat for both of us
- boat had about 40 people with capacity for 75, so it wasn't too crowded
- we went straight to rockfish grounds in a little over 200 feet of water
- I caught copper, vermilion, halfbanded, honeycomb, flag, chilipepper, and kelp
- Ryan caught vermilion, halfbanded, flag, squarespot, and calico
- later we checked out a few kelp paddies, I caught a bonito and two mackerel
- end of the day was bottom fishing in 90 feet of water, but we got swarmed by fur bags

rods, mostly rentals

You were just one away from me winning my bet!  So Close!  lol

Nice haul of critters Ben!  That's some good eating right there.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
