No clue on the time frame. I am hoping by this late spring or early summer. I have the bow pieces done and waiting for reassembly day.

My plan is to cut and drill all the remaining wood then set up a tent to epoxy and paint en masse. Doing so in the space I have in the garage isn't realistic and the paint fumes are insane.

Thankfully kept these pieces to model.

So I did trace the side curvature but didn't have the angles right. These old pieces fit perfect on the deck and rail as supports. but didn't match the curve.

So what I envision is 4 supports than are flush with the side and front of the shelf that will have angled shelves for organizer boxes to be stuffed in for the particular trip, catfish, ocean etc.

All total should have 6 spaces to stuff containers in on that side as opposed to these old ones that were utterly useless.

I think I will have to live with the cabling as is.

So progress is the decks are cut just not drilled yet. Need to model the side pieces first before locking it down. WIll probably have a bigger seam slot down the center but that is what caulk is for.

Will do. I got a big pile of scrap for a fire ring some night.

So first try to replicate and mesh the sides failed. Going to use scrap pieces of standard plywood for the next experiment.

I wasn't so great at geometry in high school but busting out an electronic protractor top side is 65 degrees and the bottom is 115. That is on top of matching the side contour.

In addition to chopping up all the scrap for firewood I went and remeasured and trace based on 3600 organizer boxes and the next size up. Should have 2 shelves in each for 6 slots total.

Did have to go back to work so can put in about 2 hours a week on it. The looming rain this week doesn't help the cause. :(

Burned up my 40 grit flap disc on the angle grinder and had to make a Home Depot run to get more.

Not much progress with crap weather synching up with my potential boat work time.

Started sanding the decks and sides so less epoxy coats will be needed.

Now that daylight madness has hit I have some daylight left.

Considering painting the inside away from the gray it is now.

Laid in the decks to drill holes and check the fit, Carpentry isn't my strong suit so I have a 1"= to about 3/4" gap.

I'm just going to make a long strip to plug it.

Drilled holes is all decks, sanded them down in prep for Epoxy. See the bluish gray sides, I'm on the fence to paint them and what color.

Been months of work travel so not much progress. Did paint the interior hull,

Today shaped columns to make shelving on the starboard side for tackle box storage. Spaced the so 2 areas for 3600 size and one for big boxes. Will have a strap on the front so they don't fall out. The back will be contoured to match the hull curve. Today was matching the vertical hull curve on these test pieces. Final pieces need to be cut when the deck and shelf are dry fitted.

As a reminder this is the lame crap that was in it. It was useless.

Next up will be painting the console and interior sides probably red.

So it will hide all of the blood marks in the boat like Dead Pool's Super "hero" outfit?

Nah if I worried about the decks wouldn't be white. ;)

Took off the wood panel on the front of the console but the one with the steering wheel is just gonna have to stay. Not sure how to get all that off.

Several rusted screws made it take far longer than expected and a few things that are puzzling as to WTF was this in there for.

Sanded the console and will probably remake the wood panel, epoxy, then paint all together.

Baby steps but progress is progress.

Lowe makes a boat their Poly camo but will not use their Gator Skin floors as an option in any other model and you can't apparently just get that except as a whole shooting match. If I could have just got a hull and transferred over the motor and accessories I would have done it already.
