Sorry, forgot to post this one here...................Did a repeat of last year, jumped on the Ranger 85 for the rock fish opener. The boat caught limits of lings, big reds plus some chuckles and sheephead. No doubt one of the coldest days I've ever spent on a boat, but the fishing was good and it didn't rain. Ended up with 26 lbs of fillets.  If I can work it out with my siblings to help with my folks, I'm gonna to it again on the 16th   ;D

Excellent critters there Verne!  That's a hell of a ling too!  Double digits for sure!

Keep the posts coming and I hope you get out again later this month!
