Bum wheel, knee issues

Going to the doc tomorrow. Left knee is jacked up, can't crouch, or bend it without pain and locking. Seems like a meniscus problem.

Any fishing has to take into account limits. Keeping me off the beach.

Will see tomorrow.

Got a follow up Wednesday but she thinks it is arthritis and gave me some potent creme for the pain. Took an Xray and manipulated the leg and does not feel it is a meniscus problem. It has been diminishing but may need a cortisone shot.

Good luck Jim!  My cortisone shot in my shoulder feels like it just wore off after 2 years!  I hope is does wonders to your knee like it did for my shoulder!

No doubt Mike. I have spent one week in SD this month. The rest was travel. 2 weeks in North Carolina, an one In South Dakota. All with the bad wheel bugging the phuc out of me.

Shot all fishing and boat work the last 2 months.

Welcome to the club Jim, I've had it for a couple years.  I found out by losing around 45 pounds and walking around 2 1/2 miles daily has helped a bunch.  Good luck, I feel your pain

That is on the list too Verne. Got to drop weight also will see if the cortisone shot helps enough to make walking practical.

Will not be getting Bihns beach wheelchair. A good bat would drag you in
