Yea, saw that. First thing I thought when I heard this story. To bad they will end up punishing everyone with more regs.

They said it had superficial wounds but nothing that would of killed it. If it would of died at sea something would of taken a bite out of it before it hit the beach. Just them washing ashore is very rare.
