Looking for Mitchell reels
« on: November 07, 2019, 08:35:19 AM »
I'm looking for Garcia Mitchell or Mitchell reels (and rods too).

Spinners, baitcasters, conventionals.

ANY condition. Broken, parts, anything.

PM me if you have any that you'd want to get rid of.

Thanks!
Chad

I got a spinner in a box somewhere. Never liked it.

Found it. It is a Mitchell 850

I need to send you some reels to prime for the Amazon. I'll include it in there.

Got carbontex drags for Abu 6500s? I need fast responsive tough drags for monsters.

Yes, I can do the Carbontex drags on those ABU's.

Mid March. Still deciding if my Saltist 40 can cope or if I have to get a Fathom 40. Saltist is 20lbs of drag and Fathom is 30.

Already need an upgraded Spinner. I have a Penn Liveliner 6500 but the expert said he was nearly spooled on a Shimano Thunnus 12000 by a giant Piraiba

Can you hold onto a reel buttoned down at 30 lbs?  That's a lot.

For spinners, look at the Quantom Cabo or Fin Nor Lethal.

Mostly the older ones, but newer as well.

All types.  They mostly made spinners, but also baitcasters and conventionals.
