Damn, I almost went out fishing last night, but I could barely raise my arm.  After a cortisone shot made it feel much better about 5 years ago, those last tuna and yellowtail finally undid whatever started to heal.  Ugh... 

Orthopedic Appt coming up at the end of December...  Hopefully another shot will do the trick.
