Family Boat Day (8/7)
« on: August 07, 2020, 07:33:27 PM »
I'll make it pretty short, but we didn't fish as much but saw a few huge sea turtles back in SD bay.  The wind was howling, but we made some stops and caught some fish!

I think my daughter likes wearing the mask as more of a space to hide behind, like to tell me off but I can't read her lips!  LOL

My wife caught a fish and said... "Thanks, I'm done..."   ;D

I got a flatty that got everyone wet trying to get it in the boat on 6# test.

the girls were about done after 4 hours on the water but I grabbed Hannah's rod/reel to give it a try.  I haven't used a spincaster in like forever...  Money!

They've come a long way from the old Zebco's.  I'm glad too because Hannah catches a lot more fish with this one since there are less tangles and no wind knots.
We caught a few dozen fish and called it the day.  Hannah turns 14 tomorrow and that will wrap up her birthday week!  That and I go back to work on Sunday...  Oye...

You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Great looking family! You also have an older daughter too, right? Did she just get married?
