The trip that put me UNDER ...
« on: July 15, 2015, 01:59:27 PM »
Late Report:

Few weeks ago took our shot offshore at the YFT / BFT bite that's been really close to SD.

Been dealing with a cough on and off for a few months now, but was feeling great and ready to roll.

Grey at the bait barge in SD Bay. Can't get over how much I love being on the water during the wee hours of daylight.

Team RAMMER 2015 Fishing Tour in effect. Offshore season getting underway!!

Found the ponies early and took a ride. Trollers out for a while, threw some bait .. no one home though.

Finally found the birds and fish and put a handful of clones onboard.

Cough got worse ... Acute Bronchitis, now walking Pneumonia. Fun Fun!!!

Killing me seeing the great fishing still going off so close to home. Gotta heal up fast - August is going to be amazing!!

Hope y'all get sum this year! Poke was amazing!!!

Tight Lines!

This tuna thing is going to kill you if you don't heal up.  Glad you got into them guys.  I wish I had the Sea Cups again as the Square Boma is a rough ride even in these flat conditions.  The BFT were close by last night as Steve and I could pretty much see them gaffing them.

Heal up Hawaiian!
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
