Had my youngest son make my picks. He is a member of the Ohio State Football Team. They kicked the $HIT out of UTAH in the Rose Bowl. I was there.

I believe it is a maximum of 36 miles and a minimum of 20 meters
That should be just enough range to get around Koga's Rainbow if he was out in the boat with you.

Years ago a LA business owner was tired of gang bangers tagging his building.
He built a large tank on his roof with an elaborate system to spray liquid on the taggers.
Next time the taggers got sprayed and they wound up sueing the business owner.
Jury awarded them money.
