VC 6/18
« on: June 18, 2021, 12:46:24 AM »
Got out again tonight, fishing window being about 2030-2330. Picked a beach with no curfew this time. Don't need these lame-o po po in my life.

Generally uneventful evening. Wind and swell were very mellow. Low cloud cover. Not too cold. Tons and tons of sand fleas all over the sand, so glad I have waders...

Had a couple stringers ruin a couple casts, and a thornback ruined another.

I was putting a little extra energy into the universe for a bite on my last chunk of mackerel. And what do you know! First time I've seen Mr. Wiggles in a long time.

Met a guy while delivering packages a few months ago who has an aluminum CC, we've become fish pals via text. I'll be going out to the islands on Saturday with him. Stay tuned...

Stringers suck, but thornbacks are worse.  If you look back at the history of them on here, they count as -1.  ;D

Keep these reports coming!

You can't catch them from your computer chair.
