 It's been 6 days since the knee got tuned up, I am/was surprised how quick the recovery is, I had zero pain after the procedure and I was up walking with a slight limp that day :) Frozen veggies the first night for swelling and that was about it 8) It got better each day :) The Sharpie they use to mark the correct body part is like no other, it wont scrub off :o




Kept the holes clean and dry and it healed up quickly




Swelling is gone and hope to get cleared for normal activity today 8)



Hey, Tom   get you knee checked out, you will be amazed at how much better you will feel  ;)
